I am a recent member of GoFit Plaza Mont Kiara. The trainers are friendly, the equipment is state-of-the-art, the area is kept clean and managed very efficiently. Most importantly I am very happy with Ian, my PT who is helping me with strength, coordination and flexibility training. Ian is personable, easy-going, encouraging and intelligent. He knows what he's talking about, which is always a plus in gyms and fitness centres!!! And it's location is superb!!!! Definitely 5 stars from me 😅
