I’ve never had a personal trainer. What should I expect?

Do I have to be a GoFit member to access personal training?
Yes, personal training is available to active GoFit members. If you’re not yet a member, you can sign up easily online or in-gym before booking your PT sessions.
Do I need to be fit or experienced to start personal training?
Not at all! We were all beginners at some point. You’ll go at your pace with a plan designed for where you are now and aligned to your goals.
How much does it cost?
