Yes, personal training is available at all GoFit gyms in Singapore, which includes Changi, City Hall, Choa Chu Kang, Geylang, Great World and Toa Payoh. For information on trainers and PT packages, please reach out to your respective GoFit gym.

I’ve never had a personal trainer. What should I expect?

You’ll be supported from the start. Your trainer will walk you through proper form, mindset, and goal-setting, always at your own pace.

Do I have to be a GoFit member to access personal training?

Yes, personal training is open to all active GoFit members. If you haven’t joined yet, you can sign up quickly online or at the gym before scheduling your sessions.

Do I need to be fit or experienced to start personal training?

Not at all! Everyone starts somewhere. Your trainer will design a training program to match your current fitness level and goals, so you can progress comfortably at your own pace.
